Job summary

Endeavour Group is seeking a Senior Accountant (Asset Management) to ensure capital-related G/L integrity across its retail brands. You will bridge onshore units with offshore delivery and stand up capital accounting processes within the new ERP environment, including the data migration to SAP S/4HANA.

You will lead UAT, SOPs, and governance, mentor a Bangalore team, and oversee the transition to production with robust data validation and reporting across Month-End activities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in Finance, Shared Services, or Global Business Services; retail accounting a plus.
• Experience with offshore or outsourced shared service delivery models is highly desirable.
• Experience in process optimisation, leveraging technology, data and best-practice insights.
• Strong business partnering and influencing skills; able to anticipate and respond to business queries.

Responsibilities

• Map and stand up robust capital accounting frameworks and SOPs for the new ERP environment; guide offshore operations.
• Lead data migration of asset data from Great Plains to SAP S/4HANA with data integrity.
• Design short-term mitigations at go-live and develop long-term fixes.
