Job summary

Endeavour Group is seeking a Senior Accountant (Asset Management) to ensure accurate capital-related General Ledger entries across retail divisions. You will bridge onshore and offshore teams, lead ERP transition activities, and drive rigorous testing of SAP S/4HANA while facilitating knowledge transfer to the Bangalore delivery team.

The role covers data migration, process stand‑up, and financial reporting with a focus on governance, SOX-like controls, and timely month‑end close.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in Finance, Shared Services, or Global Business Services.
• Experience in SAP S/4HANA, Great Plains or Dynamics 365.
• Accounting professional qualification (e.g., CA, CPA, CIMA).
• Experience with change management and SAP ERP implementations is highly desirable

Responsibilities

• Lead the capital accounting processes in the ERP migration to SAP S/4HANA.
• Coordinate the data migration from Great Plains to SAP.
• Draft, review and finalise SOPs and control frameworks for offshore operations.
• Oversee financial close, reporting and integrity, including OneStream governance.
• Support audit requests and ensure data integrity and timely reporting
