Travelex Limited (Australia) is seeking an inspiring Area Manager to lead up to 10 stores across Sydney metro and ACT. Based in Sydney, you will drive results in a fast-paced environment and lead your team in line with the company’s strategic pillars.

You will report to the NSW State Manager and coach Store Leaders and Sales Consultants to maximise initial and online sales, while maintaining a healthy workplace culture and delivering profitable growth.

Qualificações

• Demonstrated experience leading 5+ retail stores across large geographic areas.
• Strong financial and commercial acumen with ability to analyze data and identify risks and opportunities.
• Proven ability to drive performance and achieve KPI targets in a multi-site environment.
• Excellent influencing, negotiating, and written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and coach Store Leaders and Sales Consultants to achieve KPI targets.
• Drive sales growth across up to 10 stores in Sydney metro and ACT.
• Ensure stock control, merchandising, and operational excellence across all sites.
• Foster an inclusive, high-performing, collaborative culture across locations.
