Travelex is seeking an inspiring and motivated Area Manager based in Sydney to lead up to 10 stores across the Sydney metro area and ACT. You will drive results in a fast‑paced environment and coach Store Leaders and Sales Consultants to meet KPI targets and uphold our customer‑first standards.

Reporting to the NSW State Manager, you will manage stock with Inventory Management, maintain operational excellence, and foster an inclusive, high‑performing culture while building strong relationships

Qualifications

• 2–3 years’ experience as a multi-site manager with 5+ stores across a geographic spread.
• Strong financial and commercial acumen with ability to analyse data and identify risks/opportunities.
• Demonstrated change-management capability and leadership through ambiguity.
• Strong influencing, negotiating and communications skills.
• Continued presence across locations and shifts in a highly visible role.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Store Leaders and Sales Consultants to achieve KPI targets.
• Drive results in a fast-paced environment while upholding compliance culture.
• Manage stock with Inventory Management to ensure correct product allocation and replenishment.
• Maintain operational excellence including store appearance and visual merchandising.
• Build strong relationships with peers, stakeholders and support offices across locations.
