Job summary

Johnny Bigg NSW/ACT Senior Area Manager leads multiple stores, driving sales and customer experience across up to 7 locations. You will coach Store Managers, manage performance, and ensure brand standards while delivering strong financial results in a fast-paced environment.

Reporting to the State Manager, you’ll implement strategies to boost store performance, engage teams, and sustain growth within a dynamic fashion brand. A passion for retail leadership and exceptional service is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of area management experience.
• Proven success in leading retail teams and driving sales results.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and develop others.
• Commercial mindset with the ability to analyze data to improve performance.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Motivate, coach, and lead Store Managers to success in line with company goals.
• Drive sales, wages, and profitability while maintaining a dynamic store environment.
• Work closely with State Manager to implement strategies that elevate store performance.
• Ensure brand consistency and excellence in visual merchandising, customer service, and operational standards.
• Support the recruitment, development, and retention of high-performing team members.
• Conduct regular store visits, performance reviews, and hands-on training.
