Qualifications

• Proven Area Management experience within retail.
• Strong track record of driving sales and results.
• Exceptional people leadership, performance management and coaching.

Responsibilities

• Lead a culture of selling excellence across 13 stores.
• Coach Store Managers to grow customer databases and loyalty.
• Drive merchandising, inventory control and cost-conscious scheduling.
• Analyze performance and translate insights into action plans.
• Manage the employee lifecycle from recruitment to performance reviews.
• Partner with Head of Retail to deliver brand initiatives and vision.
