Job summary

Retailworld Resourcing partners with an iconic global retailer to recruit an Area Manager to lead NSW stores across a multi-site portfolio. This role focuses on coaching Store Managers, driving sales, and delivering consistently exceptional store experiences.

You will analyse commercial and customer metrics to identify opportunities and implement clear action plans, while leading workforce planning and rostering across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• Experience leading multiple retail locations or a cluster of stores.
• Strong commercial acumen with data interpretation skills.
• Passion for coaching and developing retail leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop Store Managers to build high-performing teams.
• Drive sales, profitability, productivity and customer experience across your portfolio.
• Analyse commercial, operational and customer metrics to identify opportunities and create action plans.
• Conduct regular store visits, leadership conversations and business reviews.
• Support workforce planning, labour management and effective rostering across the portfolio.
• Build leadership capability and identify high-potential talent for succession.
