Job summary

Culture Amp is seeking a Senior Applied AI Engineer to join the Frontier team. You’ll bridge applied AI research with production systems to solve real customer problems and ship features that improve how people experience work.

You’ll design agentic AI capabilities, build memory graphs, and orchestrate data pipelines across surveys, performance reviews, and feedback data. This role blends research with production delivery.

Qualifications

• Proven commercial experience taking ML/AI systems to production.
• Hands-on experience with knowledge graphs and graph databases (e.g. Neo4j, Neptune).
• Production LLM evaluation and observability: LLM-as-judge, eval datasets, human-in-the-loop labelling, scoring.
• Experience in designing and scaling production-grade multi-agent systems, memory, and RAG.
• Full stack development in Python, React, PGVector.
• Strong software engineering fundamentals and maintainable code.
• Ability to lead autonomous agents and implement feedback loops.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement agentic AI capabilities and graph-based frameworks.
• Orchestrate data pipelines and integrations with workplace data.
• Build memory, context graphs, and per-user memory for agents.
• Develop robust RAG and memory architectures and evaluation tooling.
• Lead prompt engineering, evaluation at scale, and production monitoring.
