Job summary

Stratco in Adelaide, a recognised building and home improvement brand, is seeking an experienced Software Engineering Team Leader to guide the evolution of our flagship design and customer quoting platforms.

You will lead developers and analysts, balance technical leadership with delivery excellence, shape the roadmap, and ensure reliable day-to-day operations while delivering valuable software for customers and the business.

Qualifications

• Experience leading software development teams.
• Background developing and supporting enterprise applications.
• Experience delivering commercial or customer-facing software solutions.
• Strong problem solving, planning and prioritisation skills.
• Exposure to Agile delivery methodologies and project leadership.
• Ability to communicate with confidence across technical and non-technical audiences.
• Passion for continuous improvement and technology-driven outcomes.

We're now looking for an experienced Software Engineering Team Leader to lead the evolution of our flagship product design and customer quoting platforms, delivering innovative digital experiences that create real value for our customers and our business.

You'll lead a team of developers and analysts responsible for the ongoing development, support and enhancement of our principle design platform and associated software solutions. You'll balance technical leadership with delivery excellence, helping shape the roadmap while ensuring reliable day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities

• Leading and mentoring a high performing software development team
