The Senior Applications Support Analyst is the primary technical lead for Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and enterprise applications within the Microsoft Power Platform, including PowerApps and Power Automate. The role supports stable, secure and continuously improving services across Dataverse, Customer Insights, Sales, Customer Service and Power Platform services. Working closely with the CRM implementation project and vendor partner, the position helps transition critical architectural knowledge into BAU operations through clear documentation, guardrails and release processes, while also supporting selected secondary enterprise applications.
