Experis ManpowerGroup Sp. z o.o. is seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Software Engineer (APS6 equivalent) for a 9-month contract with possible extensions. The role offers hybrid working across ACT, NSW, VIC or QLD with initial start in Oct 2026.

You will design, develop and support Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions in an enterprise government program, aligning with security and architecture standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience as a Software Engineer in a large enterprise or government environment.
• Strong hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 (CRM), Power Platform, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI and .NET technologies.
• Solid understanding of APIs and integration patterns, Azure services and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience implementing security, authentication and identity management solutions.

Responsibilities

• Review requirements and provide technical guidance and recommendations.
• Design, develop, configure and support Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions.
• Develop applications using Power Apps, Dataverse and Power Automate.
• Maintain CRM functionality and optimise performance.

Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Software Engineer (APS6 Equivalent)

Contract Opportunity | Hybrid Working | ACT, NSW, VIC or QLD

We are seeking experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Software Engineers to join a major Federal Government digital transformation program. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the design, development and support of enterprise scale Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions that support critical government services.

Working within a collaborative Agile environment, you will play a key role in delivering secure, scalable and high performing business applications while supporting ongoing enhancements and operational activities.

About the Role

As a Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Software Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, configuring and supporting Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions aligned with business, architecture and security requirements.

You will work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, business analysts and technical teams to deliver quality solutions that support complex enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Review business requirements and user stories, providing technical guidance and recommendations
• Design, develop, configure and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions
• Develop applications using Power Apps, Dataverse and Power Automate
• Enhance and maintain existing CRM applications, including defect resolution and performance optimisation
• Build new CRM functionality aligned to enterprise architecture and security standards
• Develop and maintain integrations using APIs, Azure services and approved middleware
• Participate in solution design sessions and technical workshops
• Produce and maintain technical documentation and design artefacts
• Conduct peer code reviews and contribute to development standards
• Support releases and deployments across development, testing and production environments
• Work within CI/CD and DevOps frameworks
• Investigate incidents, provide application support and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

Essential Skills & Experience

To be successful, you will demonstrate:

• Minimum 5 years' experience as a Software Engineer within a large enterprise or government environment
• Strong hands on experience with:

• Experience delivering large scale transformation programs
• Understanding of Essential Eight and enterprise security frameworks
