Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Investigate, triage and resolve Level 1/2 incidents.
• Engage stakeholders across business units and external vendors.
• Support system testing, UAT and software release cycles.
• Create Excel-based data analyses and reports.

Key skills and experience:

• 5+ years' experience in ICT application support.


• Hands-on experience supporting SAP or Salesforce platforms.


• Strong understanding of ITIL, incident management and ITSM tools.


• Experience investigating, triaging and resolving Level 1 and Level 2 incidents.


• Strong stakeholder engagement skills, working across business teams and external vendors.


• Experience supporting system testing, UAT and software release cycles.


• Microsoft Excel data analysis and reporting skills will be highly regarded.


• Australian Citizenship is mandatory.


• Must be eligible to obtain NV1 security clearance.
