Responsibilities

• Assist with the administration and support of business applications and ticketing systems.

• Provide first-level support and resolve routine application issues where appropriate.
• Escalate complex issues to senior team members and vendors.
• Assist with testing and validation of application changes, upgrades and enhancements.
• Develop and maintain user guides, procedures, knowledge articles and support documentation.
• Document business processes, system configurations and support procedures.
• Conduct research into application functionality, best practices and emerging technologies.

Applications Analyst

We are currently seeking a graduateApplications Support Officer to support our client's Applications Team within their Information Technology Services function.

This is an excellent opportunity for a recent IT or Information Systems graduate to build hands-on experience in application support, user access management, service desk operations, documentation and business systems while developing a strong understanding of local government technology environments.

About the Role

Working closely with the Applications Team, you will provide day-to-day support for business applications and assist with the administration of systems, user access, service requests and application documentation.
A key focus of the role will be supporting the administration of the Simplex property and rating system, maintaining accurate records and assisting with the triage and resolution of application-related support requests.

Key Responsibilities
