Applications Analyst

We are currently seeking a graduate Applications Support Officer to support our client's Applications Team within their Information Technology Services function.

This is an excellent opportunity for a recent IT or Information Systems graduate to build hands-on experience in application support, user access management, service desk operations, documentation and business systems while developing a strong understanding of local government technology environments.

About the Role

Working closely with the Applications Team, you will provide day-to-day support for business applications and assist with the administration of systems, user access, service requests and application documentation. A key focus of the role will be supporting the administration of the Simplex property and rating system, maintaining accurate records and assisting with the triage and resolution of application-related support requests.

Key Responsibilities
