Infosys Limited is seeking an Appian Designer/Developer in Sydney. You will design and implement Appian applications, integrate systems, and optimize performance within a hybrid work setup. 5 years of Appian experience, a CS/IT degree, and strong knowledge of Appian components are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of Appian design and development experience
• Strong knowledge of Appian components: SAIL, Process Models, Records, Reports, Sites

Responsibilities

• Design, Implement and optimize Appian applications including interface, rules, integrations, Records, Sites, Reports, and Process Models.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Implement Appian best practices for performance, scalability, and maintainability.
• Integrate Appian with external systems using Web APIs, RDBMS, REST/SOAP APIs and third-party services.
• Conduct unit testing, debugging, and performance tuning of Appian applications.
• Document technical designs and provide support during UAT and production.
• Ensure performance tuning, scalability, and best practices across Appian applications.
• Plan and track implementation of best practices, including productivity, maturity and quality improvements
• Drive Agile and DevOps adoption through CI/CD implementation, automated testing, and release management best practices.
