Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of Appian design and development experience
• Strong knowledge of Appian components: SAIL, Process Models, Records, Reports, Sites

Responsibilities

• Design, Implement and optimize Appian applications including interface, rules, integrations, Records, Sites, Reports, and Process Models.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Implement Appian best practices for performance, scalability, and maintainability.
• Integrate Appian with external systems using Web APIs, RDBMS, REST/SOAP APIs and third-party services.
• Conduct unit testing, debugging, and performance tuning of Appian applications.
• Document technical designs and provide support during UAT and production.
• Ensure performance tuning, scalability, and best practices across Appian applications.
• Plan and track implementation of best practices, including productivity, maturity and quality improvements
• Drive Agile and DevOps adoption through CI/CD implementation, automated testing, and release management best practices.

Role Description: We are seeking a highly skilled Appian Designer with 5 years of Appian Design and Development experience implementing BPM solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Appian development, process automation, performance tuning and improvement, platform administration and integration with enterprise systems.

Salary: AUD 108,571 - 119, 893 Annual Gross

Roles and Responsibilities:

Experience with Appian Cloud Administration, Plug‑ins, Appian RPA, and Appian Connected Systems

Proficiency in Java, SQL, and Web Services (REST/SOAP).

Familiarity with Agile methodologies and CI/CD pipelines

Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills

Preferred:

Appian Level 2 Certification or higher.

Additional

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong attention to detail and outstanding analytical and problem‑solving skills.
