Job summary

Luxury Escapes is seeking an Accounts Payable professional in Australia to support BAU activities across branches and enable seamless supplier management. You will ensure accurate processing of invoices, reconciliations and payments while upholding strong financial controls.

The role involves resolving day-to-day supplier queries, delivering excellent service to internal and external stakeholders, and contributing to continuous improvement of AP processes.

Qualifications

• Proven accounts payable experience in a busy, multi-site environment.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems and processes.
• Strong reconciliation and stakeholder communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Process supplier invoices, credit notes and payments within SLA.
• Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies.
• Follow up on claims, credits and supplier queries.
• Provide professional support to suppliers and internal teams.
• Assist Operations, Procurement and Finance with AP inquiries.
