Atlas Partners, a luxury e-commerce group listed on ASX, is hiring its first dedicated AP specialist to own end-to-end accounts payable for a high-volume, international supplier base. You will reconcile supplier statements, process invoices, and manage cross-border payments while driving automation with finance and AI teams.

You will bring 5+ years of AP experience, hands-on ERP skills (NetSuite/SAP), and a proven track record of improving AP controls.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of AP experience in a high-volume business, with ownership of end-to-end process.
• Cross-border supplier experience including foreign currency invoices/payments and FX controls.
• Hands-on experience in a large-scale ERP (NetSuite, SAP or similar).
• Track record of improving AP processes and controls, with ability to coach colleagues.

Aufgaben

• Prepare and reconcile supplier statements generated from the company platform.
• Process invoices and manage payment runs, including foreign currency payments.
• Act as main contact for suppliers on statements, queries, and discrepancies.
• Document AP processes and tighten payment controls to remove single-person dependency.
