HESTA is seeking a driven professional to join our newly formed team overseeing unlisted assets within a superannuation fund environment. You will manage day-to-day operations for assets such as property, infrastructure, private equity, and liquid alternatives, ensuring smooth onboarding, capital calls, and distributions.

Qualifications

• Experience in unlisted assets lifecycle from deal through to distributions and reporting.
• Knowledge of custody processes and superannuation structures.
• Exposure to investment activities of a superannuation fund.
• Tertiary qualification in commerce, finance or accounting.

Responsabilités

• Run day-to-day operations for HESTA’s unlisted assets (property, infrastructure, private equity, liquid alternatives).
• Manage investments from onboarding through to capital calls and distributions across multiple deals.
• Own currency hedging program for unlisted assets and oversee data quality in the register.
• Lead process improvement and automation initiatives within the team.
