Job summary

HESTA Super Fund is seeking a Senior Analyst - Private Markets Operations to run day-to-day operations for unlisted assets, including property, infrastructure, private equity and liquid alternatives. You will manage investments from onboarding through to capital calls and distributions, working with internal investment managers, external fund managers and custodians.

Qualifications

• Solid understanding of the unlisted asset lifecycle.
• Working knowledge of custody processes and superannuation structures.
• Exposure to investment activities of a superannuation fund.
• Tertiary qualification in commerce, finance or accounting.

Responsibilities

• Own the day-to-day operations for unlisted assets (property, infrastructure, private equity & liquid alternatives).
• Manage investments from onboarding through to capital calls and distributions.
• Coordinate year-end valuations and support regulatory reporting (RG97 & APRA).
• Lead process improvement and automation initiatives to uplift operations.
