HESTA is seeking a Senior Investment Analyst to join the Defensive Assets team in Melbourne. You will oversee the external manager program across Global Debt, Credit, Active Foreign Exchange, and Cash, contributing to research, asset class reviews, and the ongoing enhancement of investment research capabilities.

You will collaborate with the investment team to coordinate due diligence processes, manage relationships with fund managers, and support governance operations.

Qualifikationen

• Senior investment analyst experience in a super fund, fund manager analysis
• Experience with global fixed income and FX strategies
• Experience coordinating with stakeholders and meeting deadlines
• Ability to develop investment governance processes

Aufgaben

• Contribute to strategy and sector configuration for fund manager appointments
• Monitor due diligence dashboards, portfolio analysis, and risk management tools
• Prepare asset class review documents and summaries for Investment Committee
• Maintain data and ensure compliance across fund managers
• Provide coaching and technical support to Investment Analysts
