State Street is seeking a Client Implementation Manager in Sydney to lead and execute Alpha client implementations across complex programs. You will guide cross-functional teams, drive milestones, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery in a fast-growing environment.

We value senior stakeholder engagement, strong communication, and deep understanding of investment management processes, with Agile experience and willingness to travel regionally.

Qualifications

• Led large transformational programs
• Knowledge of front-to-back investment servicing and operations is preferred
• Experience with Agile software development and configurable systems
• Travel ability across the region

Responsibilities

• Lead client-facing Alpha implementation programs.
• Oversee significant elements or phases of client implementations.
• Plan, monitor progress, resolve issues and initiate corrective actions with teams.
• Support the Client Implementation Executive to ensure timely delivery.
• Communicate guidance from Oversight and Leadership groups to Program and Product owners.
• Design milestone planning and sequencing of program phases.
• Make decisions to ensure successful delivery of the program plan.
• Develop in-depth knowledge of projects/products and define fit-for-purpose solutions.
