Job summary

Marsh is seeking a talented professional to join its Application Management Services team in Sydney. The role is hybrid, requiring three days in the office weekly, and focuses on Level 1/2 application support across key platforms.

You will provide leadership to the team, contribute to projects and change initiatives, and collaborate with stakeholders, IT teams, and vendors to enhance service delivery and stability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or related field.
• 5+ years’ experience in Level 1/Level 2 application support.
• 1–2 years’ team management or leadership experience.
• Experience in project management, user access management, and change management.
• Experience working with Oracle and MongoDB databases.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including advanced Power Query skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality Level 1 and Level 2 application support to ensure stability and performance of key platforms.
• Provide leadership to team members and contribute to projects and change initiatives.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders, IT teams, and vendors to resolve issues and improve service delivery.
• Support continuous improvement activities and collaborate with the risk management team.
