Job summary

ServiceNow in Australia seeks a Solution Architect in our AI pre-sales team to co-create enterprise AI solutions with customers and expand our presence in Intelligent Automation and Generative AI.

You will drive excellence, align opportunities with strategic accounts, and demonstrate AI capabilities including Predictive Intelligence, AI Search, and large language models, working with Azure and other cloud platforms.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in presales or consulting with direct customer engagement in enterprise software environments.
• 3+ years of technical experience selling AI models, deep learning models and large language models, with a focus on Generative AI.
• Strong presentation skills, able to explain AI concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to see the bigger picture and understand business drivers behind AI and automation technologies.
• Development experience using cloud-based AI platforms; knowledge of NVIDIA LLMs and Microsoft Azure; Python skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive Excellence: Foster knowledge, engagement, and interactions within the team, with customers, and in the field.
• Strategic Alignment: Align direct opportunity engagement with ServiceNow's strategic and enterprise accounts.
• Problem Solving: Address business and technical problems using our AI products with attention to regulations, drivers, and security.
• Subject Expert Representation: Speak at marketing events and webinars.
• Collaboration: Build sales assets with sales/marketing leadership to drive the ServiceNow AI pipeline.
• Sales Support: Partner with the sales team to support, drive, and close AI opportunities.
• Demonstrations: Provide demos of ServiceNow AI-powered solutions on-site and via virtual meetings.
• Proof-of-Concept: Scope and deliver value engagements with prospects.
• Industry Trends: Stay up-to-date with AI advancements.
• Product Training: Conduct enablement sessions for field teams.
• Innovation: Foster a culture of innovation in solving customer problems with AI.
• Travel: Up to 50% travel to support technical sales.
