Job summary

ServiceNow is seeking a Sr Advisory AI Foundry Architect to drive high-impact AI POCs for enterprise customers across Sydney and Melbourne. You will own end-to-end POC execution, from discovery to live prototypes, aligning with business value outcomes and time-boxed delivery.

You will lead AI engineers, shape technical direction, and partner with sales to position AI solutions. Deep ServiceNow platform expertise is required, including Now Assist and AI agent capabilities.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of presales technical delivery on enterprise SaaS platforms.
• High agency and comfort with ambiguity in complex engagements.
• Experience running consultative customer workshops to drive critical use cases.
• Strategic thinking about AI in enterprise workflows and business outcomes.
• Experience across enterprise AI: agentic systems, LLM integration, AI governance, or AI-driven automation.
• Nice-to-have: experience in forward deployed or embedded customer models.
• Nice-to-have: deep hands-on expertise with the ServiceNow platform: low/pro-code configuration, workflow automation, integrations, Now Assist/AI Agent.
• Nice-to-have: experience delivering AI in regulated environments; track record building reusable assets/frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead POC engagements and oversee intake qualification and scoping workshops.
• Design and execute end-to-end AI POCs on ServiceNow, from discovery to live working solutions.
• Lead AI engineers through POC delivery, setting scope and technical direction.
• Conduct discovery to uncover AI use case fit and articulate POC outcomes to executives.
• Partner with Sales and delivery on opportunity qualification, validation, and handoff.
• Configure Now Assist and AI agents, integrate with enterprise data sources, and define evaluation criteria.
• Build and maintain reusable assets (prompt libraries, agent templates, reference POCs, integration patterns).
