Job summary

CrowdStrike is seeking a Platform Professional Services Senior Consultant specializing in AI for Detection and Response. You will own the full deployment lifecycle of the Falcon platform’s AI-powered capabilities, from planning and installation to optimization and ongoing support.

You will work with customers to implement AI-driven threat detection, automate response workflows, and enhance security outcomes across diverse environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related discipline.
• 8 years of experience performing IT deployments or in an end user/customer environment.
• Strong understanding of AI and machine learning concepts in cybersecurity.
• Experience with security automation and orchestration platforms.
• Experience with REST APIs, version control, and scripting to automate workflows.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical implementation, configuration, and troubleshooting for Falcon AI-powered detection and response.
• Optimize AI-driven threat detection models and automated response workflows.
• Configure and tune ML algorithms to reduce false positives while maintaining detection efficacy.
• Develop AI-driven automation playbooks for security operations.
• Troubleshoot AI-related issues across small to large enterprises.
• Develop scripting and application solutions using Falcon APIs.
• Assist customers in integrating Falcon AI capabilities with existing tools.
• Support Incident Response with AI-powered threat hunting and forensic analysis.
• Lead AI skills workshops for the Platform Professional Services team.
• Create customer-facing AI collateral with the team.
