Job summary

CrowdStrike is seeking a Platform Professional Services Senior Consultant focused on AI for Detection and Response. You will own the deployment lifecycle of Falcon's AI-powered capabilities, from planning and installation to optimization and ongoing support, across diverse customer environments.

The role emphasizes deploying and tuning AI/ML for threat detection, automating responses, and integrating AI into existing security tools. Strong collaboration and leadership across teams are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related discipline.
• 8+ years of experience in IT deployments or end-user/customer environments.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts in cybersecurity.
• Experience with REST APIs, version control (Git), and scripting to automate workflows.
• Experience mentoring or leading cross-functional teams to deliver complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical implementation, configuration, and troubleshooting assistance for Falcon AI-powered detection and response.
• Assist customers in optimizing AI-driven threat detection models and automated workflows.
• Configure and tune ML algorithms to reduce false positives while maintaining high detection efficacy.
• Develop and implement AI-driven automation playbooks for security operations.
• Support Incident Response teams with AI-powered threat hunting and forensic analysis.
• Develop AI skills workshops for the Platform Professional Services team.
