Job summary

CrowdStrike is seeking a Platform Professional Services Senior Consultant specialized in AI for Detection and Response to lead the planning, deployment, and operational support of the Falcon platform's AI capabilities.

Role focuses on leveraging AI/ML to enhance threat detection, automate response workflows, and improve security outcomes for clients. You will own the deployment lifecycle from initial engagement through optimization and ongoing support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field with IT deployments experience.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts in cybersecurity applications.
• Experience with software deployment technologies and security tools.
• Experience with REST APIs, version control (Git), and scripting to automate workflows.
• Proven ability to communicate complex AI concepts to diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Provide deployment, configuration, and troubleshooting support for Falcon AI-powered detection and response.
• Optimize AI-driven threat detection models and automated response workflows.
• Tune ML algorithms to reduce false positives while maintaining high detection efficacy.
• Develop AI-driven automation playbooks for security operations.
• Assist customers with integrating Falcon AI capabilities into existing tools and workflows.
• Lead AI skills workshops for the Platform Professional Services team.
