Job summary

CrowdStrike is seeking a Platform Professional Services Senior Consultant specialized in AI for Detection and Response in Australia. You will own the full deployment lifecycle from planning to ongoing support of Falcon's AI-powered detection and response capabilities, working closely with customers to optimize models and automate workflows.

The role demands strong AI/ML knowledge, scripting, and collaboration skills, plus experience with Windows, macOS, Linux, and cloud platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 8+ years deploying IT solutions in enterprise environments.
• Strong knowledge of AI/ML concepts in cybersecurity.
• Experience with REST APIs, scripting, and automation.

Responsibilities

• Plan, deploy, implement, and support AI capabilities within CrowdStrike Falcon.
• Configure ML models, optimize threat detection, and automate responses.
• Develop AI-driven automation playbooks and integration with existing tools.
• Present AI content to diverse audiences and mentor teams.
