Job summary

CrowdStrike is seeking a Platform Professional Services Senior Consultant for AI-enabled detection and response. You will deploy, optimize, and support Falcon's AI/ML capabilities, shaping security outcomes for customers.

The role requires deep knowledge of AI in cybersecurity, strong deployment experience, and the ability to collaborate across teams. Expect to guide customers through deployment, tune ML models, develop automation playbooks, and provide incident response support.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of AI and machine learning concepts applied to cybersecurity
• Experience with software deployment technologies and security tooling
• Proficiency with Windows, Mac, and Linux platforms
• Excellent communication and ability to build collaborative relationships

Responsibilities

• Provide technical implementation, configuration, and troubleshooting for Falcon AI-powered detection and response
• Optimize AI-driven threat detection models and automation playbooks
• Configure and tune ML models to reduce false positives while maintaining detection efficacy
• Develop AI-driven automation playbooks for security operations
• Assist customers with integrating Falcon AI into existing security tools and workflows
• Support incident response teams with AI-powered threat hunting and forensic analysis
• Travel up to 25% of the time
