CrowdStrike is seeking a Platform Professional Services Senior Consultant specialized in AI for Detection and Response to plan, deploy, and support the CrowdStrike Falcon platform's AI capabilities. You will own the full deployment lifecycle from customer engagement through optimization and ongoing support.

You will configure AI-driven detection models, automate response workflows, and collaborate with customers to integrate AI into existing security tools and processes.

Competenze

• Strong knowledge of AI/ML concepts applied to cybersecurity
• Experience with software deployment technologies
• Experience with AI-powered security tools and platforms
• REST APIs, version control, and scripting to automate workflows
• Experience with security automation/orchestration platforms
• Proven experience using AI to improve decision-making and workflows
• Deep knowledge of Windows, macOS and Linux
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Experience mentoring cross-functional teams

Mansioni

• Provide technical implementation, configuration, and troubleshooting for Falcon AI-powered detection and response
• Assist customers in optimizing AI-driven threat detection models and automated playbooks
• Configure and tune ML algorithms to reduce false positives while maintaining high detection
• Develop AI-driven automation playbooks for security operations
• Troubleshoot AI-related customer issues across large enterprises
• Develop scripting and app solutions using Falcon APIs
• Interpret AI alerts and findings with customers
• Enhance vulnerability prioritization and asset management with AI
• Integrate Falcon AI with existing tools and workflows
• Support Incident Response teams with AI-powered threat hunting
• Lead AI skills workshops for the Platform Professional Services team
• Develop customer-facing AI collateral with the team
