Job summary

Balncs seeks an experienced engineer to own end-to-end delivery of agentic AI workflows for enterprise customers. You will work closely with customer teams while upholding production-engineering standards and feed insights back into the platform.

You will translate operational problems into technical scope, deploy and stabilise capabilities in customer environments, and coordinate decisions among users, engineering, product and delivery teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience.
• Cloud delivery experience across AWS or Azure.
• Hands-on LLM and retrieval-augmented generation experience.

Responsibilities

• Discover the operational problem and translate it into an executable technical scope.
• Build, integrate and stabilise production capability in the customer environment.
• Coordinate decisions across users, engineering, product and delivery stakeholders.
• Capture repeated field patterns that can improve the platform, tooling or delivery playbook.
