Job summary

Salesforce is seeking Senior Forward Deployed Engineers to design, build, and deploy complex agentic AI solutions inside enterprise customer environments. You will own outcomes end-to-end, mentor engineers, and establish engineering standards that scale.

Responsibilities include partnering with Deployment Strategists, integrating AI tools like Cursor/Claude, and influencing product direction through real-world customer feedback. Travel ~25% of the time is expected.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of software engineering or technical delivery experience.
• Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Expert in at least one of Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, or Apex; conversant in others.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end build and deployment of agentic AI solutions for strategic customers.
• Partner with Deployment Strategist to ensure customer outcomes meet high engineering standards.
• Mentor engineers through code reviews and pair sessions; drive adoption of best practices.
