Job summary

Balncs is seeking a seasoned software/data engineer to collaborate with mining and energy clients in deploying AI and analytics across operations, maintenance, and safety. You will work closely with customer teams while upholding production-engineering standards and providing feedback to the platform.

The role involves understanding operational problems, shaping technical scope, and building production capabilities within customer environments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software or data engineering experience.
• Familiarity with OT or industrial systems.
• Cloud data-platform experience.
• Comfort working on remote sites.
