Job summary

Balncs is seeking a senior engineer to build and coach a focused FDE pod that owns deployment and adoption of an AI and data platform across multiple Australian enterprise customers. You will work closely with customer teams while maintaining production engineering standards and providing feedback into the platform.

You will own translating operational problems into actionable scope, building and stabilising production capabilities in customer environments, and coordinating decisions across

Qualifications

• 7+ years of software engineering experience.
• Prior FDE, implementation or consulting experience.
• People or technical team leadership.
• Distributed-systems and enterprise-integration experience.

Responsibilities

• Discover the operational problem and translate it into an executable technical scope.
• Build, integrate and stabilise production capability in the customer environment.
• Coordinate decisions across users, engineering, product and delivery stakeholders.
• Capture repeated field patterns that can improve the platform, tooling or delivery playbook.
