Job summary

Balncs is seeking a hands-on engineer to lead deployment of AI-assisted development workflows for ASX-listed engineering teams. This customer-facing role requires close collaboration with customer teams while maintaining high production-engineering standards and feeding clear feedback into the platform.

You will own scoping deployments, build and stabilize production capability in customer environments, coordinate decisions across users, engineering, product and delivery, and document repeatable

Qualifications

• 3+ years in FDE, solutions or ML engineering
• CI/CD delivery experience
• Strong Python skills
• Docker and Kubernetes experience
• Experience working with enterprise development teams

Responsibilities

• Discover the operational problem and translate it into an executable technical scope.
• Build, integrate and stabilise production capability in the customer environment.
• Coordinate decisions across users, engineering, product and delivery stakeholders.
• Capture repeated field patterns that can improve the platform, tooling or delivery playbook.
