Qualifications

• 10+ years of Product Management experience focused on technical products.
• Track record of building and scaling platforms in fast-paced tech environments.
• Hands-on experience with generative AI in product work, with ethics and privacy focus.
• Experience with complex enterprise systems and data integration, especially B2B SaaS.

Responsibilities

• Own product vision, strategy and roadmap across multiple connected areas and align OKRs across teams.
• Stay ahead of market shifts and resolve cross-team conflicts to protect delivery.
• Set discovery, experimentation and prioritization standards adopted across the Product org.
• Turn multi-source data into clear insights through hypothesis-driven development.
• Make high-stakes trade-offs for long-term value over short-term output.
• Shape AI usage in products with privacy and compliance in mind.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Data Science and external partners; align Executives.
• Coach and mentor other Product Managers on discovery and documentation.
