Job summary

Teamified seeks an AI-first engineer to own the AI Coach and the surrounding systems end-to-end. You will lead backend, mobile and web delivery, and define the technical direction with minimal oversight while working closely with a non-technical founder.

You will ship with agentic coding tools, plan and manage releases, and uphold safety and privacy standards for a health-tech AI coaching platform.

Qualifications

Proven experience shipping LLM-based products to production.
Strong backend engineering with Python, FastAPI and AWS.
Solid React Native and React experience for mobile and web.
Own end-to-end product or major system with minimal supervision.
Careful focus on privacy, security and health data handling.

Responsibilities

Own the AI Coach: prompting, conversation state, retrieval (Pinecone), model selection and safety layer.
Own the backend: Python 3.12, FastAPI, GraphQL, SQLAlchemy, PostgreSQL, AWS (Sydney).
Own mobile and web delivery: React Native, React, App Store/Play Store, Stripe subscriptions.
Own release engineering: CI/CD, environments, signing, monitoring, backups, rollback.
Translate technical decisions into plain language for founders and clinical team.
Drive fast, safe releases with AI-first tooling and agentic coding workflows.
