Job summary

Future Secure AI in Sydney is seeking a Senior AI Engineer to lead the development of agentic AI co-workers, multi‑step reasoning systems, and enterprise‑ready autonomous workflows. You will architect and deploy advanced LLM‑driven agents that plan, decide, and act safely at scale.

You will mentor data scientists, shape technical direction, and collaborate with product and executive teams to deliver production‑grade AI solutions for global clients.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in a quantitative field is required or highly preferred.
• Strong experience delivering ML systems in production is essential.
• Proven ability to operate in fast-moving AI/LLM ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy agentic LLM-driven systems with planning and tool-use.
• Apply ML and analytics to autonomous AI Co-workers for decision-making.
• Improve multi-step reasoning and context management for enterprise use cases.
• Lead MLOps initiatives across evaluation, benchmarking, safety, and quality.
• Define long-term strategy for agentic AI frameworks and scalable deployment.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and executives to produce production-grade AI co-workers.
• Mentor junior data scientists to raise technical standards.
