Job summary

Future Secure AI is seeking a Staff AI Data Scientist to lead the development of agentic AI Co‑workers, multi‑step reasoning, and enterprise‑ready autonomous workflows. You will architect and deploy advanced LLM-driven agents that plan, decide, and act at scale.

As a Staff-level leader, set the technical bar, shape platform direction, mentor senior and mid-level talent, and ensure robust, aligned systems delivering high-value outcomes in complex environments.

Qualifications

• Extensive, demonstrated experience delivering high-impact ML solutions in complex environments.
• Strong NLP foundations: transformers, LSTMs, CNNs, topic modelling, supervised NLP.
• Hands-on with LLM orchestration frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex), RAG, multi-agent systems, tool-calling architectures.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy agentic LLM-driven systems with planning and tool-use capabilities.
• Apply ML to power decision-making within autonomous AI Co-workers.
• Lead MLOps initiatives across evaluation, benchmarking, safety and quality for autonomous systems.
• Own the long-term technical strategy for agentic AI frameworks and scalable deployment patterns.
• Mentor and uplift data scientists across levels and align AI systems with business needs.
• Set technical standards and best practices; advise engineering, product, and exec teams.
