Job summary

Future Secure AI in Australia is hiring Lead AI Engineers (Software) to head customer-facing engagements and guide cross-functional squads in building the product and platform. Ideal candidates have 7+ years of software development, deep Node.js expertise, and experience with LangChain and AI agents.

Qualifications

• Extensive Node.js development.
• Experience with LangChain, AI Agent frameworks, or willingness to learn.
• Ability to design secure, scalable APIs.
• Experience across cloud environments (Azure, AWS, GCP).

Responsibilities

• Enable enterprise customers to deploy AI agents across platforms via a secure and scalable platform.
• Develop AI products for global clients using Node.js and LangChain.
• Discover and incorporate partnerships, products, and technologies from vendors.
• Design algorithms for AI agents using Node.js and AI frameworks.
• Strategise on APIs and feature integrations across large enterprise environments.
• Ensure solutions meet user needs with attention to detail and compliance.
