Job summary

TR3 Recruitment partners with regional NSW farming and commercial enterprises to deliver tailored lending solutions and strategic support. Based in Central West NSW, you will manage key client relationships and help drive sustainable regional growth.

You will work closely with agricultural operators and larger businesses, applying cashflow lending expertise, credit structuring, and a client‑focused approach to deliver real outcomes for a diverse regional portfolio.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of agriculture and farming business operations.
• Solid credit skills, cashflow lending, and structuring complex deals.
• Proven track record of growing a portfolio and attracting new clients.

Responsibilities

• Manage a substantial portfolio across agribusiness and commercial clients.
• Drive long-term regional growth as part of a community-focused team.
• Look after a high-value portfolio of farming enterprises and larger commercial customers, understand priorities, and provide tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with specialists across the business and maintain external stakeholder connections to ensure excellent service.
