Toyota Motor Corporation Australia Ltd. is seeking a Senior Reporting Strategy Specialist to join the Aftersales division on a max-term basis of 2 years.

The role is based in Altona North with flexible working arrangements, and focuses on shaping the national Aftersales reporting strategy, defining KPIs, and delivering scalable reporting solutions across Toyota’s dealer network. You will collaborate with stakeholders to deliver insightful reporting, drive data quality, and lead automation

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in Business, Commerce, Project Management, Supply Chain or related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• Strong project management and coordination skills with the ability to manage reporting initiatives, priorities, milestones, dependencies, risks and stakeholder engagement.
• Well-developed analytical and problem-solving capabilities with the ability to interpret operational data.

Responsabilités

• Develop, implement and continuously enhance Aftersales reporting strategies and systems.
• Lead coordination of Aftersales reporting automation within the Modern Data Platform.
• Analyse performance data to identify trends, risks and opportunities, delivering actionable insights.
• Act as a trusted reporting SME, guiding stakeholders and report owners to achieve reporting outcomes.
• Monitor performance against targets and recommend improvements to support business success.
• Stay current with reporting technologies and governance requirements to minimise risk.
