Job summary

Toyota Motor Corporation Australia is seeking an experienced Business Transformation & Insights Analyst to drive data-powered decision making across the Dealer Network and Franchise of the Future initiatives.

You will gather and analyse performance data from multiple sources, develop reporting solutions and dashboards, and partner with stakeholders to translate insights into actionable improvements. This permanent full-time role is based at Port Melbourne with hybrid work options.

Qualifications

• Experience in business analytics or BI reporting.
• Ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Strong skills in dashboarding and data storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to provide reporting and insights.
• Analyze data to identify trends, risks, opportunities and improvements.
• Develop dashboards and scorecards for planning, forecasting and decision-making.
• Create automated reporting and visualisations using Power BI and Microsoft data platforms.
• Ensure data quality and contribute to governance and standards.
