The Aftersales Division is responsible for driving the strategic planning, coordination and delivery of national parts and accessories operations across Toyota’s dealer network. This includes sales performance, business development, procurement, supplier relationships, dealer support and warehouse operations, ensuring the achievement of sales, market share and profitability objectives while maintaining warehouse operations aligned to global best practice standards. The Senior Reporting Strategy Specialist is primarily responsible for developing and implementing the Aftersales reporting strategy, including the Modern Data Platform framework and roadmap. The role collaborates with key stakeholders to define and align business-critical KPIs, establish reporting governance frameworks, and coordinate the delivery of scalable and sustainable reporting solutions. The position delivers insightful reporting and data analysis to support operational, tactical and strategic decision-making across the business. It plays a key role in improving data quality and consistency, streamlining reporting processes, reducing manual effort, and enabling timely, accurate and actionable business insights.
