• Develop, implement and continuously enhance Aftersales reporting strategies, frameworks and systems to support informed decision-making.
• Lead Aftersales reporting automation initiatives within the Modern Data Platform, including requirements gathering and delivery planning.
• Analyse performance data to identify trends, risks and opportunities and provide actionable recommendations.
• Act as a trusted reporting SME, partnering with stakeholders and report owners to promote accountability.
• Monitor performance against targets and identify opportunities to improve.
• Stay current with emerging reporting technologies and governance requirements.
