Toyota Motor Corporation Australia is seeking a Senior Reporting Strategy Specialist to join the Aftersales division on a max-term basis. The role focuses on shaping the reporting strategy, establishing governance, and delivering scalable insights across the dealer network.

Based in Altona North with flexible working arrangements, you will lead with KPI development, data quality improvements and cross-functional collaboration to support strategic decisions and operational performance.

Qualifications

Bachelor-level qualification in Business, Commerce or related discipline.
Strong project management and coordination skills for reporting initiatives.
Analytical and problem-solving capabilities to identify trends and opportunities.
Ability to develop clear reports, dashboards and presentations.
Experience designing or enhancing reporting frameworks or KPI dashboards.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement Aftersales reporting strategy.
Lead reporting automation within the Modern Data Platform.
Analyse performance data to identify trends, risks and opportunities.
Partner with stakeholders to provide guidance, promote accountability and drive outcomes.
Monitor performance against targets and identify improvement opportunities.
Stay current with emerging reporting technologies and governance requirements.
