NSW Rural Fire Service is seeking a Senior Advisor Training Design (Graphic) to design engaging, accessible training resources for volunteers and staff at the Sydney Olympic Park HQ. This full-time, 35-hour role focuses on building skills to protect communities through clear, interactive learning materials.

What you’ll be doing:

Design engaging, accessible training resources that help RFS volunteers and staff build skills and protect communities.

Our Ideal Candidate:

• Collaborative graphic design professional with a passion for supporting people by designing clear, accessible and interactive learning resources.
• Strong skills in Adobe Creative Cloud, Microsoft Word, and other contemporary graphic design software.
• Sound judgement and attention to detail.
• Ability to build effective relationships, manage competing priorities and produce quality, compliant training materials, with an appreciation of volunteer-based service and a commitment to supporting RFS members.
• A knowledge of eLearning authoring and video creation tools is advantageous but not essential.
