Job summary

NSW Rural Fire Service is seeking an experienced Application Support professional to maintain and troubleshoot enterprise applications across the organisation. The role is full-time with a 35-hour week and hybrid/flexible working arrangements considered at Sydney Olympic Park.

You will monitor performance, resolve incidents, and collaborate with IT and business teams to implement improvements while aligning with NSW Government ICT standards. Salary ranges from $118,562 to $131,233 plus 12% super.

About the role

The Application Support role is a hands‑on technical position responsible for supporting, maintaining, troubleshooting and enhancing enterprise applications and systems across the organisation.
