Water Corporation in Leederville seeks a Senior Advisor - Lessons Management to lead the delivery, adoption and continuous improvement of the lessons management framework across major capital projects. You will enable teams to capture learnings, run structured workshops, and report insights to senior leaders.

Qualifikationen

• tertiary qualification in project management or related discipline.
• proven expertise in project assurance, project reviews, and business improvement practices.
• strong analytical capabilities to assess project data and identify trends.

Aufgaben

• Enhance the lessons learned framework methods and systems for monitoring and reporting.
• Facilitate lessons learned workshops for major capital projects and other topics.
• Support teams to independently conduct workshops using the established framework.
• Maintain procedures, guidelines, and work instructions for the Lessons Management Framework and corporate systems.
• Undertake audits and targeted assessments to improve framework maturity and uptake.
• Manage training and inductions on the Lessons Management Framework.
